At Xepha Global Investment Ltd, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We work hard to ensure that all our products and services meet high-quality standards. However, due to the nature of our business, we operate under the following strict refund and return guidelines:
Refunds
- No Refund on Services
All fees paid for consultancy, advisory, investment, and financial services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- Products Return Policy
- Products may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds (Where Applicable)
- Refunds are only issued if: A product is out of stock after payment
A product delivered is proven to be defective or incorrect and cannot be replaced - Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products, downloadable content, and personalized services
- Consultancy or investment advisory services once initiated
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
Exchange Policy
Where possible, we will offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible product returns.
