At Xepha Global Investment Ltd, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We work hard to ensure that all our products and services meet high-quality standards. However, due to the nature of our business, we operate under the following strict refund and return guidelines:

Refunds

  1. No Refund on Services

All fees paid for consultancy, advisory, investment, and financial services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

  1. Products Return Policy
  • Products may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  1. Refunds (Where Applicable)
  • Refunds are only issued if: A product is out of stock after payment
    A product delivered is proven to be defective or incorrect and cannot be replaced
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
  1. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
  • Digital products, downloadable content, and personalized services
  • Consultancy or investment advisory services once initiated
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

Exchange Policy

Where possible, we will offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible product returns.
